1. Where are your products made?
All of our items are handmade with love in our workshop in Ireland, using high-quality fabrics and attention to detail in every stitch.
2. Do you offer embroidery or personalised items?
Yes! We offer custom embroidery on select products. You can add a name, initials, or short message just choose the embroidery option on the product page and include your text in the box provided along with thread colour preference.
3. How long do embroidered orders take?
Embroidery adds an extra 2–4 business days to processing time. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
4. What’s the best way to care for embroidered items?
Hand wash or use a gentle cold machine cycle. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly over the embroidery to preserve the design.
5. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout. We’ll package your item beautifully and can include a personalised note—just leave the message in your order notes.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin working on your order quickly, especially personalised items. Please get in touch within 12 hours of ordering if you need to make changes. Custom and embroidered items may not be cancelled once production has started.
7. How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom or embroidered items may take 5–7 days. Shipping times vary by location—tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please contact us directly for shipping costs. Please note, customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
10. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, embroidered or custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty. For full return info, see our Refund Policy.
