We ship internationally.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

If you require an urgent order please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

📦 Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your handmade items arrive in perfect condition. 

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking info to update.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or extreme weather.
If your package is delayed or goes missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

📮 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
